NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF
THE CANADIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IN HONG KONG

The Annual General Meeting of The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong will be held at Canada Room, Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong, 5/F, Tower 3, Exchange Square, 8 Connaught Place, Hong Kong on the 24th of October, 2019 (7:00 pm - 8:00 pm) for the following purposes:

1. Call to order and welcome                                                    

2. Confirm Notice of Meeting, Quorum and Proxies                

3. Approve Minutes of the previous AGM

4. Chairman’s Report

5. Treasurer’s Report and Approve the Audited Financial Statements

6. The Executive Committee 2019-2020

i. Re‐elect Chairman of Executive Committee

ii. Elect new Executive Committee Members

iii. Re-elect Executive Committee Members 

7. The Governors’ Council 2019-2020

i. Elect new Governors

ii. Re‐elect Governors 

8. Re-appoint Honorary Governance Advisor for 2019-2020

9. Re-appoint Auditors for 2019-2020  

10. Motion to Adjourn

All members are welcome to attend the AGM and should plan to be seated in the Canada Room, Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong, 5/F, Tower 3, Exchange Square, 8 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong before 7:00 pm on Thursday, 24th October 2019.

Assigning a Proxy

Members who wish to assign a proxy for the AGM must sign and return the Proxy Form to Fraser Blanchflower at canada@cancham.org.
