Mikaal Abdulla

Mikaal was the CEO and co-founder of 8 Securities and is a member of the Fintech Asia 100. His startup was Asia’s first mobile-only investing service and robo-advisor, and has secured over USD 60 million in venture capital. As one of the largest and fastest-growing fintech companies in Asia, 8 Securities was acquired by Social Finance in 2020. Mikaal's prior experience includes leading and developing E*TRADE’s international business across Greater China, South-East Asia, Europe and the Middle East and was a management consultant at Deloitte in the United States. He holds an MBA from both Columbia Business School and London Business School.



William Boivin

William is responsible for CFA Institute's strategy and business management within the Asia-Pacific North & Australasia region which entails working in partnership with each CFA Society board of directors and management team to develop a country strategic plan and business plan. Furthermore, William supports local CFA Society office personnel in the implementation of the national business plans with guidance on project management, marketing, human resources, governance, and general management. William has ten years of experience in consulting, almost all in Asia, and has held positions in both trade and professional associations. Prior to joining CFA Institute in Hong Kong, Mr. Boivin was based in Singapore and responsible for developing chapter relations for the Project Management Institute (PMI) in the Southeast Asia and Australasia regions. William holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University in Montréal Canada and a Master of International & Public Affairs from the University of Hong Kong. In addition, he holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, the CFA Institute Investment Foundations Certificate, and the Certificate in Association Management (CPAM) from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
 


Jackie Jadrosich

Jackie Jadrosich is currently the Financial Controller at Diginex Limited, based in Hong Kong, where she leads the day-to-day finance operations as well as the financial analysis and reporting. Diginex is a digital asset financial services and advisory company listed on Nasdaq [ticker: EQOS] which most notably owns EQUOS, a cryptocurrency exchange, and offers other products feeding into an all-encompassing digital asset ecosystem.  Previously, Jackie worked at Point72, a global hedge fund, where she held various roles across the finance department in New York and Hong Kong. Most recently, Jackie was a Vice President of Corporate Accounting, overseeing financial reporting for the firm’s management companies, private equity entities and the Founder’s personal financial statements. After relocating to Hong Kong, Jackie also supported the firm’s international business units. Prior to this, Jackie worked at Ernst & Young in the real estate tax practice. Jackie holds a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College and is a certified public accountant (CPA).
